Tekmyster may collect information voluntarily provided through calls, emails, forms, portal sign-ins, or service requests. This may include name, email address, phone number, organization, request type, message content, and basic technical metadata such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and delivery context.

Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, protect the website from abuse, maintain authentication and audit records, troubleshoot delivery issues, and support normal business operations.

Contact form delivery and business notifications may use email hosting, SMTP delivery, and internal notification tools. Website analytics may be used only to understand aggregate site traffic, page performance, and visitor interaction patterns. This may include Tekmyster first-party analytics, the Google tag / Google Analytics, and other configured measurement tools such as Microsoft Clarity when enabled. Tekmyster does not sell personal information.

Tekmyster does not currently install Meta Pixel on the public website. If Meta Pixel or another advertising pixel is enabled later, this policy should be updated to describe that use accurately.

Client service records, credentials, diagrams, logs, and sensitive technical information should not be submitted through public forms unless specifically requested through an approved channel. Sensitive project details should be exchanged through a mutually agreed secure method.

Tekmyster keeps personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, business records, security logging, dispute prevention, or legal obligations. To request an update, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact Tekmyster through the contact page.
