These preferences are stored locally in the visitor browser and are not used as third-party tracking cookies.

The widget is intended to help visitors tailor the browsing experience. It does not replace assistive technology, browser or operating system accessibility settings, or a full accessibility audit. Tekmyster does not claim that the widget alone makes the site fully compliant with any accessibility law or standard.

The site continues to use semantic structure, keyboard-accessible navigation, readable contrast, responsive layouts, skip navigation, descriptive labels, and reduced-motion support where practical.
